Return Policy

  • We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return anything purchased from us, we will only accept the item with purchase proof, undamaged packaging and reasonable technical issue. Return shall be made within 7 days from date of delivery. If the item is received without purchase proof, or damaged packaging, or without any technical issue, we reserve the right to reject a refund on the item. Logistic fee may apply to pick up the returned item.

Warranty

  • Terms & Conditions

    • We grant the warranty for the purchased product commencing from the date of purchase (or date of delivery for online purchase).
    • Within this period, we will rectify at our own discretion, either through repair, replacement of defective part or exchange.
    • The owner shall submit original proof of purchase (receipt) when servicing is required.
    • This warranty does not cover any reasonable wear & tear that have negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance including inflation cuff for blood pressure monitor and probe cover for thermometer.
    • The warranty only applies when the warranty card (with date of purchase confirmed by dealer’s stamp) and/ or original proof of purchase (receipt) are presented.
    • Warranty must be registered online at www.revohealthcare.com.sg within 7 days from date of purchase (date of delivery for online purchase).
    • This warranty is void on following conditions:
      • Any part or parts therein are altered, adjusted, dropped, dismantled, handled or tampered in any way whatsoever by any unauthorised persons.
      • Original parts are not used
      • Product is damaged by accident, force, fire, lightning, mishandling and failure to follow enclosed instructions (inappropriate current or voltage, plugging the product into an unsuitable power point, breakage)
      • Warranty is not registered within 7 days from date of purchase (date of delivery for online purchase)
      • Original proof of purchase is not presented when servicing is required.
      • For thermometer: if thermometer lens is not cleansed after usage and is blocked with dirt or earwax leading to the thermometer being defective.

    # No other claims can be made under this warranty unless our liability is legally mandatory. Claims against the vendor arising out of the sales contract are not covered by this warranty.
